Singing For Legends = Speech Level Singing + E-Motion Singing.
Seth Riggs has been the forefather to all pop vocal technique. The Seth Riggs method is called Speech Level Singing.

In the 70s, 80s and 90s all stars came to Seth Riggs to learn how to sing in the best and healthiest way possible developing most range and ease. Therefore Seth named his book that came out in 1984 "Singing For The Stars," and it is still a groundbreaking book for those who want to learn how to sing. Seth Riggs developed his technique over the years from when he first started to teach in 1949, and came to call it Speech Level Singing, simply because you sing with your larynx positioned on the same level as where you speak. Speech Level Singing has become world reknown, however not always accurately represented.
